More Flashback...

after the Ojt, one of my co-trainee told me that theres an agency somewhere in makati, who are sending some qualified personnel in the Middle east and told me to give it a try. At first i was hesitant because i was waiting for the canada thing. but as days goes by, theres no news about the first agency.. so i gather some of my pertinent docs, and went to the 2nd agency my friend told me, i think that was last week of april..
at the agency (USSI).
theres was an opening bound for UAE as sales attendant,engineer,electrician,skilled workers. since i'm into sales, register for a sales attendant....
oh geez. im sleepy again..sorry . to be continued..

Last March nga pala I went to HK with my co-workers ,

i bought the ticket promo ng cebupacific hehehe sayang ang miles. nov 2006 nag ipon then flight was sched on March 2007.and i was still working as a freelance sales engineer when working sa hotel then past 6 sa ofc. ok lang kasi pareho nasa makati yung work place, medyo mahirap pero kailangan. sarap ng feeling kapag first time mo. although 3 days lang kami. masaya and memorable. dami din ako natutunan (why nag-aral ka ba dun?) ibang -iba sa pinas.. sa totoo lang mas maganda sa pinas dahil may lupa kang mabibili may lupa kang matitirahan. doon wala puro building, building at madami pang bu
ilding. ang lupa dun ay ginto. di ka makakabili at patayuan mo ng bahay. lahat dun may work, kahit matatanda. wala akong nakitang tambay.(ah meron pala kami..)malinis kahit madaming tao, bz ang araw nila. di ko alam kung bakit ganun dun. napakaliit halos siksikan sila pero di mo makikita ang kahirapan. mura ang mga damit , electronics gadgets etc, fud, ang rent sa bahay ang mahal kasi nga limited. pero dun putya. sa na tirahan namin. after that long conversation, i was hooked on it. "canada here i come......"
as a one of the requirements i have to go under training and have an OJT in a hotel,by december 2006 i finished the 1week NC housekeeping somewhere in paranaque,and in january i was working in a hotel in makati as an OJT, i worked their as a assistant roomboy and a fulltime public area cleaner, for 500 hours (3 months of non-stop hotel work or so.)
Saludo ako sa mga nakasama ko dun sa hotel, mababait and masisipag not only because its their job, but for their passion (whoah! sipsip). I have a lot of good and bad experiences during my stay. Its really true na pede ka kumita ng libo sa isang oras or araw kapag roomboy ka. yes sa tip kapag swerte ka. ayus na ang buto-buto and lalo na kapag mabola and mabait ka sa mga guest, sure yun may pang meryenda kana. and of course kung may masaya may malungkot din, like mapagalitan ka ng guest, bisor and ang pinaka mahirap eh yung mapag-bintangan ka. lalo na sa mga nawawalang gamit or pera. pero sa akin di naman nangyari. may ginawa din naman akong kalokohan pero di naman ganun k agrabe, like lumaklak ng imported na alak sa room ng guset mga 2 or 3 shots lang naman , sarap eh johny blue ba naman saka XO. dun ko palang natikman. then mga chocolates na pa-kalat-kalat. and some other edible goodies. hehehe and yung mga naiiwan na shampoo, face cleaner etcc. naiuuwi ko din. sayang eh. di ko naman mai-report kasi kaunti nalang yung mga laman and baka kunin pa ng mga magugulang dun, hehehe. dami talaga milagro sa hotel. hinde maiiwasan yung makasalubong mo eh naka panty at brip nalang. pinay na may kasamang foreigner then bukas iba na naman ang kasama. hehe buhay nga naman.even pinoy may mga kasama din. pero pansin kolang talaga . mahal na mahal ng mga matatandang foreigner ang mga pinay, because they were treated like a king. samantalang doon sa kanila eh mga game over na buhay nila.... well ganun talaga...wheater 2x lang yan...
sa awa ng Diyos natapos ko ang OJt ko ng walang problema. (Jan to April)

Nov 2006. I got a reply email from a local agency that I qualified to work in US as a kitchen helper, I was excited and called the agency for confirmation and It was true, i speed my way to that agency even though I was in the office (I was a sales engineer, client call! hahaha).
at the agency...
Frederick?.. (ask one of the office worker).
Her: Canada?
Me: Yes Ma'm!
Her: Regarding your application, The slot for kitchen helper was closed,
"lagay nalang kita sa Canada, ano gusto mo?"
Me: Canada!? ok lang, anong position? anong nature ng work?
Her: Housekeeping.
Me: Ano po yun? taga linis ng bahay or parang caregiver? sorry, no idea =D
Her: hinde, Room attendant sa hotel. Ano gusto mo?
Me: (Thinking........) Ok po Mam, isama nyo na ako diyan.
Her: Ok, balik ka dito with complete requirements. Para ma orient ka.
at the orientation...
Ganito, 200$ yung bayad sa pag-process ng Visa for Canada, then plane ticket plus
1 month salary, yun ang placement fee. 10C$ / Hr. 8hr / shift 6 days / week
so mga 150 to 170k php ang magagastos nyo. pero di nyo naman yan ibibgay kapag wala pa kayong Visa and ticket. and blah! blah! blah!. etcc.

About me. (does anyone care anymore?)
I'm living in the Philippines for 28 years and 3 months since I was born.
Still single and a pain in the ass for my parents as well as my siblings.
I got no money, no job, no place to stay and still living with my parents together with my siblings
(talking about close family ties).
But this pain in the ass will about to change.........(for better or worse who knows?)
I'll gonna be posting a lot of my everyday journey in changing my so called life.....so please bear with me
because I'm still doing what I have to write (or should I say, I'm still thinking what I have to do), but I will try to write about my past though there's nothing to read about it, but you might give it a try.
(Please excuse my English)
